“We all have mental health, some days its better than others”

That’s my quote and I truly believe it, the key to good mental health is understanding why we think the things we do, what you can do to help yourself on the not so good days (and we all have them) and being able to ask for help when we are struggling.

I know just how hard that can be, I’ve been there too.

When I needed somebody to talk to, it took me months to finally pluck up the courage to make the call as I was terrified that I would be stuck in years of therapy with somebody who listened politely and nodded a lot – not what I needed!

I was lucky to find a therapist who really listened to why I was struggling and felt stuck but then focused on what I wanted to change and helped me understand how I could do that in just a few sessions.

Boom! Life changing, I wanted to do that for other people.
